The second I see you, I notice.
your beautiful face (sleeping) resting.
forever.
you’ll get your angel wings, you’ll go to where you belong.
even that still doesn’t help.
i’m frozen still.
but there’s not a thing in this world that could bring you back.
so I’ll send my prayers and wishes to god.
tell me if you get my message.
just in case, I have some things to tell you:
i loved how you always had toys kept hidden when me and my sister
came over.
how we would go outside and cut up pieces of fruit and feed it to
the birds.
the train you set up around the bottom of the Christmas tree.
i promise, we’ll still set it up this year.
when you sewed me a blanket for my 14th birthday.
the wooden chest box that you and my uncle built for me.
it sit’s at the end of my bed.
these are all memories kept in my heart, and now I’ve found
a place for you in there too.

This poem was really cute, I liked it a lot--all the simple things but yet they mean soo much. Great images.
